About us
The Food Innovation Laboratory (LINA) has been created at School of Food Engineering (FEA) from Unicamp with the purpose to do creative, practical and science-based research for developing solutions of processes and formulations on agri-food systems. Our specialists are focused in themes as food safety challenge, emerging and eco-friendly processes and replacement of synthetic ingredients from food Industry.
Our team is being training to have holistic approaches to solve problems, the ability to adapt innovative solutions as well as the capability of self-managing and integrate projects.
The overall goal of LINA is transfer research-based knowledge to stakeholders in the Society, which also, their input give us inspiration for creating new projects.
