Caroline Mendes Paredes
Caroline is an undergraduate in Food Engineering and she is developing a research project about investigation of swelling properties of extruded matrices.
Danny is doing his last year of Food Science and Technology in the Zamorano University (Honduras) and he is doing his internship at FEA/UNICAMP. His graduation project with Prof.Dr. Ana Silvia Prata is about the development of hydrocolloid particles using Jet Cutter incorporating a bioactive agent.
